Throughout my 20 years in the field of Real Estate Sales and Management, I have been on both ends of the business, winning and losing. I have worked my way up from the bottom as an agent and manager, learning in leaps and bounds along the way. As both a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and a Certified Profit First Professional Coach (CPFPC), I combine Real Estate Industry expertise with a holistic performance development coaching approach. I have been awarded Realtor of the Year, selected as Board President for the Ann Arbor Realtors Board, and led one of the most productive real estate sales teams in the state of Michigan. People that work with me succeed, which is one of my greatest joys. I am proud to be a difference-maker for my agents, clients, and peers.
